DDSA’s platform failed to communicate its mission, leading to high user drop-off and stunted growth:

  • The landing page was generic, leaving new users confused about the platform’s value.

  • Onboarding was disjointed, with unclear agent labels (e.g., “Agent 1, Agent 2”) causing friction and drop-offs.

  • The wallet system lacked transparency, agents couldn’t track or withdraw earnings, risking disengagement
