Freelancers often left their profiles incomplete during onboarding. Solution: I introduced a subtle yet effective dialog box to guide them, significantly increasing completion rates.

Clients found it hard to access and review submitted deliverables, leading to delays. Solution: I redesigned the “Receive Work” flow, making it intuitive and accessible, which improved clarity and efficiency.
